Questions continue to arise about the Pembina ID’s.
To make sure you are a Registered Tribal Member In Fact:
1.)If you applied for membership or sent monies to any of the below addresses, you may want to get your money back. If you received a hard plastic ID or drivers cirtificate card you may not be registered by the Pembina Nation Little Shell Band of North America as records from Don Kiefer were not and have not been turned over to Chief Lawrence Henry as instructed at the February “Special Called” meeting.
To make sure you are a Registered Tribal Member In Fact: Please fill out the Registration form at the bottom of this page. If you registered a vehicle, that information is needed also. You will have until October 15, 2006 to send your information to PR or you will not be recognized by the Chief of the Pembina Nation Little Shell Band of North America.

2.)Anyone applying for membership into the Nation after March 6, 2006 and receiving plastic cards from Don Kiefer are not recognized by Chief Lawrence Henry of Pembina Nation Little Shell Band of North America.
3.)On our application we request a donation of $50.00. If you were requested to donated more than that and sent or went to any of these addresses we would suggest you a request a refund from whoever you sent it to. 4.)There is only ONE website authorized and approved by the chief for the Pembina Nation Little Shell Band of North America and that is www.officialpnlsbna.org Any other websites claiming to be a Pembina website including mylawsite.info, pn-lsbna.org., and Native_American_Sovereign_group@yahoogroups.com, are not approved by Chief Lawrence Henry. pnlsb_pr@yahoo.com is the only approved contact email address for the Nation.
5.)If you are panhandling or have taken money from people or supporting persons that are panhandling in any way with anyone - Please be advised you will be removed from the Pembina Nation.
6. There is not and has never been a SO-CALLED authorized Pembina Consulate Office in Walhalla, ND An office was set up but was never authorized by the Nation. Anyone that has sent anything to that address you may want to contact them to retrieve your correspondence.

The Nation has purchased a new plastic card machine. New memberships with the plastic cards will be a donation of $75.00 to cover the added costs of the plastic cards. The paper cards that were issued in the past are still valad.If you are already a member and wish a new plastic card you can upgrade for a donation of $25.00. You must fill out the membership application request form on the "Contact Page" for new membership application or go to the "Smoke Signal" page for an upgrade application to plastic card if you are already a member to be mailed to you.
