February 24 AD, 2006 at Fargo North Dakota Chief Henry convened an assemblage of Little Shell. He presented the history and application of the Indian way. Later, during a business session the chief admitted the allowance for member contributions however he neither knew the existence of or approved a 501C3 constructed in the nations name by Don Kiefer. Don was instructed such instrument was not consistent with the philosophy of the nation and must be dissolved.
1. Requests are to document the rescission of the 501C3, submit for review any and all proposed changes to forms/documents before implementation, produce an accounting of all funds and records concerning the tribal automobile program. These requests to date remain ignored, whereby further action is required and notices were issued.
2. No money for the Nation is to be sent to the Pahrump address. The authority to process Naturalization Cards and/or Right to Travel Cards has also been suspended. All applications and License can be ordered by contacting, Tribal Services, PO Box 247, Fargo, ND 58107-0247, or e-mail pnlsb_pr@ yahoo.com. In both please supply your mailing address as these are NOT to be on the internet or e-mailed.
3. Pembina Nation Little Shell Band of North American can not be used in paper work, or web sites without written permission from the Nation.
4. Beware persons selling paperwork. Purchase and use at your own risk.
5. The Walhalla, ND address (P.O. Box 806, 402 10th street., Walhalla, ND 58282) is not an approved address.
5. Michael Howard Reed, is suspended due to the Criminal Process against him by the State of North Dakota and efforts by himself and others that are perceived to be counter productive and destructive to the nation.
